Entitlements

  • The registration  includes admission to the full conference programme including all sessions, coffee breaks & lunches, access to the exhibition area.
  • Students are requested to upload proof of their student status via the registration website.
  • Student registration is valid for students up to master level only.
  • CARE4 members will be required to fill in their member institution during the registration process.

Invitation letters

  • Participants requiring an official invitation letter in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at info@codan-consulting.com

    Please note that official invitation letters can only be given to participants who have registered and paid the registration fee. All requests will be considered individually.

Cancellation & payment policy

  • Payments by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and bank transfer are accepted for the registration.
  • Payment by credit card is possible only until 14 days before the event. 
  • IMPORTANT: Please remember to state the invoice number on all money transfers to the CARE4 Conference secretariat.
  • Written cancellations must be forwarded to the CARE4 Conference secretariat (info@codan-consulting.com).
  • All refunds will be processed after the conference.
  • Cancellations received until 31 October 2023 will be refunded deducting administration costs of €50.
  • From 1st November 2023, registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Tickets for the conference dinner are non-refundable.

If, for a reason beyond the control of organizers, the conference will be cancelled due to a force majeure event, the registration fees will be refunded, possibly after deduction of minimal expenses incurred by the conference, according to the circumstances.
