Guidelines for CARE 4 2022 presenters

Please be informed that due to the current situation and potential meetings restrictions that might come in place due to a current wave of COVID infections, it has been decided that the CARE4 2022 will be a full virtual event 9 – 10 February 2022. 

Deadline for sending your presentation is until 15th January 2022.

Instructions for CARE4 2022 oral presentation

  • The CARE4 conference program will take place according to CET (GMT+1)
  • All oral sessions will be pre-recorded sessions followed by live Q&A session. For your oral presentation you have 13 minutes, which cannot be exceeded.
  • You are required to be available for Q&A at the time scheduled for your session. The final program will be announced in early January.
  • All presenters are required to pre-record their entire presentations in one video.
  • You can record your presentation in Zoom or in PowerPoint. For more instruction how to record in PowerPoint see here
  • All presentations should be in 16:9 (wide-screen) format.
  • We recommend having max 15 slides for the oral
  • You can use the CARE4 presentation template here
  • Ensure that your video recording is at most 200 MB. Please feel free to contact us in case you need assistance to compress the video file or for any other related matters.
  • Please speak slowly and clearly for the sake of non-native English speakers
  • Please use the following filename convention: [session number_ last name], e.g. 3.1_Beeckman.pptx’
  • IMPORTANT: Presentations should be sent via email or WeTransfer to address: info@codan-consulting.com before 15 January 2022.

Instructions for CARE4 poster presentation:

  • The poster session will include pre-recorded video presentations and/or a PDF poster presentation;
  • You are required to be available for Q&A (chat format) at the time scheduled for your poster session.
  • For your poster presentation, you have 3 min, which cannot be exceeded.
  • All poster presenters are required to send a pdf file and/or a pre-recorded presentation

    • You can record your presentation in Zoom or in PowerPoint.  For more instruction on how to record in PowerPoint see  here
    • All pre-recorded presentations should be in 16:9 (wide-screen) format.
    • We recommend having max. 5 slides for the presentation
    • Please use the CARE4 2022 presentation template here
    • Ensure that your video recording is at most 100 MB. Please feel free to contact us in case you need assistance to compress the video file or for any other related matters.
    • Please speak slowly and clearly for the sake of non-native English speakers
    • Please use the following filename convention: [‘#poster session_last name], e.g. ‘#Poster_session1_ Jameson.pptx’
    • IMPORTANT: Presentations should be sent via WeTransfer to address info@care4-2021.org  before 15 January 2022.

Instructions for CARE4 2022 keynote presenters:

  • The CARE4 conference program will take place according to CET (GMT+1)
  • Keynote presentations can take place live or pre-recoded. Please let us know your preference. The duration of your presentation is 30 minutes including 10 min for a live Q&A section.
  • You are required to be available for Q&A at the time scheduled for your session. The final program will be announced in early January.
  • All presenters are required to pre-record their entire presentations in one video.
  • You can record your presentation in Zoom or in PowerPoint. For more instructions on how to record in PowerPoint see here
  • All presentations should be in 16:9 (wide-screen) format.

Instructions for CARE4 2022 symposia presenters

  • The CARE4 conference program will be taking place according to CET (GMT+1)
  • All symposia are pre-recorded sessions. Please coordinate with the symposium organizer for the time duration of your lecture. The total duration of the symposium is 90 min (min. 10 min at the end should be allocated for the live Q&A part)
  • All symposia presenters are required to pre-record their presentation in one video
  • You can record your presentation in Zoom or in PowerPoint. For more instruction on how to record in PowerPoint see here
  • All presentations should be in 16:9 (wide-screen) format.
